Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find circumstances of Artur Sargsyan’s death in medical center. Forensic medical examination was commissioned and the history of A. Sargsyan’s disease, all necessary documents referring to the treatment were taken from medical center.
 

By the instruction of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee the investigative body will give an opportunity to the victim A. Sargsyan’s relatives or specialists suggested by them to take part in the conduction of forensic medical examination within the current legislation.
 

Pursuant to initial data, Artur Sargsyan was taken to “Armenia” medical center on March 15, 2017 at about 18:50 with initial diagnosis of “inguinal hernia”. On the same day at about 22:00 he was operated on however after the operation respiratory problems were caused. As a result, on March 16 at about 00:00 he was taken to the intensive care unit of the same medical center, artificial breathing device was connected. On March 16 at 15:40 A. Sargsyan’s clinical death was recorded.
