A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on banditry against the employee of filling station.
 

On March 14 a written report was submitted by the employee of LLC informing that on the same day at about 01:00 an armed attack was committed against the filling station operating in Movses Khorenatsi street of Gyumri town.
 

According to initial data, on March 14, 2016 at about 01:00 three persons, two of them masked, using a weapon illegally entered the area of the filling station operating at 25a, Movses Khorenatsi, Gyumri, threatening to use violence dangerous for life against the employee stole the money which was with the latter and in the pay office of the filling station and left.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Points 1, 3 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 175 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. Necessary measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case.
 

The relevant subdivisions of the Police were tasked to take measures to find the persons having committed the apparent crime and bring them to the investigative body.
