Banditry Committed in Nor Nork Disclosed
In the result of investigatory actions conducted within the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee banditry committed in Nor Nork was disclosed.
On November 1, 2018 at about 23:30 at the entrance of one of the houses of Minsk Street of the 8th massive of Nor Nork the person having committed the alleged crime hit the resident of Yerevan, born in 1969, on the head. As a result, the latter became unconscious and the person having committed the alleged crime swindled items with the citizen causing pecuniary damage of 80.000 AMD.
On November 2, 2018 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 175 of RA Criminal Code.
The citizen, born in 1969, was found the injured party.
In the result of urgent investigatory and operative-intelligence measures a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case were found out, the person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is a resident of Yerevan, born in 1996. The latter was found, brought to the investigative body.
He was arrested on suspicion of committing the alleged crime.
Forensic medical examination was commissioned, preliminary investigation is conducted.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
