“Significant results, authority and belief in the Committee within the past 5 years have been achieved due to high professionalism of the staff, cooperation with other law enforcement bodies as well as development and strengthening of international cooperation. I am sure that the Investigative Committee will go on developing its capabilities, introduce newest technologies, new ways of work which will match the most advanced criteria. For effective solution of service issues, conduction of investigatory actions in the best way it is necessary to be purposeful, initiative, resistive, persistent as well as to be supported by close people; all that is typical of investigators in fraternal Armenia. I know that in the RA Investigative Committee special attention is paid to training of young investigators, formation of professional qualities in them. Besides, I want to thank veteran investigators separately who have devoted all their life to investigation of criminal cases. With their tense work they have set a firm basis for today’s positive results.

I am sure that young investigators also will manage to maintain and multiply the best results of investigatory work. Turning to young investigators I want to wish You to serve your country with honor, to hold that high title – the title of the employee of the RA Investigative Committee with pride. Let the love towards the country, the aspiration to be useful to the state and public, devotedness to moral assets, high sense of responsibility and the significance of the way You have chosen help You solve all the tasks”, said the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Noskevich.
