Charge Pressed against 27 Year-Old Young Man for Infliction of Heavy Bodily Damage; Case Sent to Court
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to health was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against a resident of Vanadzor, born in 1991.
Through comprehensive, complete and objective investigation conducted within the criminal case a number of circumstances of the case, the motive were found out.
Pursuant to factual data obtained during pretrial proceeding the resident of Vanadzor, born in 1991, arguing with the employee of a coffee-bar for several times hit him with a fist on the head, with a foot on the chest, pushed him to the ground after which hit him with an empty bottle of beer on the head willfully causing heavy bodily damage threatening to life.
On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 27 year-old man according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
