Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find circumstances of the incident recorded in Malatia-Sebastia administrative district on late evening of March 31, 2017.
 

On March 31, 2017 at 23:15 a call was received from Nikol Pashinyan in Operational Control Center of Yerevan Department of RA Police informing that armed attack had been committed against the proxies of “Yelq” at the crossroad of Svachyan and Andranik Streets of Yerevan, their flags had been stolen.  
 

On the base of the materials prepared on the base of the report on April 1, 2017 a criminal case was initiated in Malatia Division of the Police adjunct to the RA Government according to the Part 2 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code which on the same day was received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of the RA Investigative Committee.   
 

On the base of the initial actual data obtained through investigation on April 3 charge was pressed against A. Ayvazyan according to the Part 2 of the Article 258 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. On the same day the investigator submitted a motion to court to choose detention as a pretrial measure against the defendant.
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing, necessary investigatory actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, objective and complete investigation of all circumstances of the incident, to find its motives, to identify all those involved and to personalize the actions of each of them.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence appropriate procedural decisions will be made additional information on which will be provided.
