The criminal case initiated in the Police on the base of the reports of the Director of the RA Advocates’ school Simon Babayan and his colleagues Arsen Harutyunyan, Vrezh Khachikyan was received in the proceeding of the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

Taking public interest into consideration we inform that on April 27, 2017 calls were received in the Police from medical center “Saint Gregory the Illuminator” informing that Simon Babayan, Arsen Harutyunyan and Vrezh Khachikyan turned to medical center for medical assistance. They submitted reports informing that they had sustained bodily injuries on the same day during the argument that took place in Tigran Atanesyan’s working room.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Central Division of Yerevan Department of the RA Police adjunct to Government according to the Article 118 of RA Criminal Code and was sent to the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

The investigator received the criminal case in his proceeding and necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find the circumstances of the incident, to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation.
