Deputy Chairman of RA Investigative Committee Samvel Avetisyan Received Citizens Affected by «Levon Amirkhanyan» LLC's Activity (photos)

Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Samvel Avetisyan received the affected within the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee on cases of suicide committed by the owner of «Levon Amirkhanyan» LLC Hamlet Amirkhanyan and swindling. The affected citizens signed contracts with the company,  made payments to acquire apartments in houses located at 40, 40/1 Sayat-Nova, 29 Khanjyan, 69 Vardanants and 70/8 Charents, Yerevan, however they do not have a right to property up today.

Deputy Head of the RA IC General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases Vigen Mesropyan, Head of Department of Investigation of Corruption Related Crimes, Crimes against Property and Cybercrimes Yura Ivanyan, head of the investigatory group formed within the criminal case Arman Nshanyan were also present at the meeting.

The citizens presented the circumstances of swindling money in large amount paid to «Levon Amirkhanyan» LLC to acquire apartments, being affected by the activities of the company and being deprived of the right to acquire their apartments, they shared their concerns about them.

During the meeting the citizens were informed about the necessary investigatory and procedural actions conducted within the criminal case and their results. RA IC Deputy Chairman assured that the investigative body takes every necessary step within its authorities to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation, to find out the frame of those having committed the alleged crime, to give appropriate criminal legal assessment to their actions, as well as to protect the procedural rights of the affected within the criminal case.

During the meeting the citizens also gave a variety of information of interest to the case and Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Samvel Avetisyan instructed to make them a subject of investigation and take necessary procedural and investigatory actions.

S. Avetisyan stated that any information can be useful to investigation and offered the citizens to cooperate with the investigative body and tell the data known to them guaranteeing that they would be made a subject of investigation.  «Our desire and goal is the same – to find out the reality, to give a legal assessment, to restore the citizens' violated rights and information of any volume can be of major importance to the case», said S. Avetisyan.
