In the result of measures of great volume taken in the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee a case of illegal entrepreneurial activity in Aragatsotn region accompanied with violation of the rules for the maintenance and use of the land resources was found which caused significant damage to the environment.

Through preliminary investigation actual data were obtained on the allegation that 35 year-old man, founding LLC commercial organization actually performed illegal entrepreneurial activity. Particularly, from 2014 to 2017 by violating the rules for the maintenance and use of the land resources of the area located at 10 km to the east from Aragatsavan community of Aragatsotn region that is without special permit and contract, he organized and performed illegal exploitation of land resources. Through digging the soil he dug out useful mineral - ore of obsidian type inflicting significant damage to the environment. Then he sold the separated ore at the area of the RA, as well as exported and sold in other countries. The damage inflicted to the state by the illegal entrepreneurial activity of the LLC was assessed 129.275.150 AMD.  

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the founder of the LLC according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 188 and the Part 2 of the Article 291 of RA Criminal Code.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
