Information about Voting Process as of 15:00
As of 15:00 of the voting day of the snap elections of the National Assembly held on 20 June, 2021 15 materials on apparent hindrance to implementation of the right to elect were received and prepared in territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee.
10 of them refer to voting more than once or instead of another person envisaged by the Article 153 of RA Criminal Code, 4 – to breaching the confidentiality of ballot envisaged by the Article 154 of RA Criminal Code, 1 – to entering the polling station with a weapon and using violence at the polling station and the area next to it envisaged by the Articles 154.4 and 149.2 of RA Criminal Code.
A criminal case was initiated on the last of the mentioned cases, additional materials are prepared on 14 cases.
