The course was conducted by Victor Vardanyan, an expert of the NESA Center of the US National Defense University, who has worked as a special agent in particularly important cases for many years in the US Homeland Security Agency, who gives training lectures at various prestigious U.S. universities and law enforcement training centers. The agreement was reached with him within the framework of the visit of Robert Adilkhanyan, the Head of the Department of Investigation of Cybercrime and High Technology Crime of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases, to NESA Center of Washington National Defense University in August of this year with the support of the U.S. Embassy.

R. Adilkhanyan also stated that the RA Investigative Committee with the support of the U.S. Embassy intends to expand the cooperation with the NESA Center of the U.S. National Defense University with regard to which necessary steps are taken.

During the course the participants had an opportunity to ask their questions to the expert in a question-and-answer format in order to get acquainted with the U.S. leading experience and features of the investigation of crimes in the mentioned field.
