Officials of State Health Agency of the RA Ministry of Health arrested
In the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee Chief of State Health Agency of the RA Ministry of Health Saro Tsaturyan, Head of Yerevan City Center Arsen Sedrakyan, former Head of Medical Service Purchasing and Information Unit of the agency Samvel Kharazyan were arrested today.
They are suspected of abusing official authority.
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on making false vouchers to the resort and selling them from 2012 to 2014 by the officials of the RA Ministry of Health is ongoing in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
Additional information on procedural decisions made on the base of the obtained evidence will be provided.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
