Our 1.5 million victims are already saints; Aghvan Hovsepyan
The officials of RA Investigative Committee – headed by the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee, State Adviser of Justice Aghvan Hovsepyan today visited Tsitsernakaberd – the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex to pay tribute to the victims of Armenian Genocide committed in 1915.
The officials of the Investigative Committee together with their children laid wreaths at the memorial of the martyrs and held a moment of silence in their memory. “Today we must be proud because our 1.5 million victims are already saints”, Aghvan Hovsepyan said.
Let us always remember our saint martyrs and at the same time remind the world that genocide is the heaviest crime against humanity and the recognition and condemnation of it is the only way to establish peace and justice.
