Trainings for the heads and deputy heads of subdivisions and bodies of RA Investigative Committee
According to the order N58L of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the Disciplinary Commission and the Department of Internal Security of RA Investigative Committee organized trainings with the purpose to improve professional knowledge and working skills of the heads of territorial subdivisions, as well as to prevent the similar violations confirmed by the Disciplinary Commission of the Committee during the work activity.
The trainings took place in Yerevan, Gyumri and Jermuk on June 20, June 27 and July 11. The heads and deputy heads of Yerevan Investigative Department, Investigative Divisions of administrative districts of Yerevan, Regional Investigative Departments, Subdivisions of Regional Investigative Departments and Garrison Investigative Units of General Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee took part in the trainings.
The members of Disciplinary Commission of the Committee and the employees of the Department of Internal Security introduced the heads and deputy heads of the bodies and subdivisions of the Committee to the requirements of the guideline clarifying concepts “gross violation of law” of the Point 1 of the Part 1 of the Article 29 of RA Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia”, they presented specific offense cases and organized discussions on them.
Heads and deputy heads of 94 subdivisions took part in the trainings.
