Preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated on 54 year-old man’s murder was completed in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Through preliminary investigation the motive of murder was found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

54 year-old Vahan Aghajanyan’s body with cut-pierced injuries on the chest was found in his flat on August 31, 2015.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder).
 

Through investigation it was grounded that on the day of murder R. Mkrtumyan went to V. Aghajanyan’s flat to demand clarifications on domestic affairs and stabbed him for numerous times on the chest with a knife he had taken with him inflicting him cut-pierced injuries on the frontal surfaces of both halves of the chest which caused the latter’s death.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against R. Mkrtumyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to court.
