A criminal case initiated on murder of 54 year-old man in Ajapnyak
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of 54 year-old man.
On August 31, 2015 at 11:55 a call was received informing that there was a bad smell coming from the apartment 15 of the house 41, Margaryan Street, Yerevan.
The body of 54 year-old Vahan Aghajanyan with numerous cut-pierced damages on the chest was found in the mentioned apartment.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder).
Preliminary investigation is under way. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the case, as well as to identify the person or persons having committed the apparent crime.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
