As of 15:00, 8 materials on electoral beaches recorded in polling stations N 1/01, 2/19, 3/06͵ 9/47͵ 9/12͵ 9/55,   7/59͵ 7/58 were received in territorial subdivisions of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee which apparently contain crime elements envisaged by RA Criminal Code.
 

1. A report was received in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts informing that an attempt of double voting was recorded in polling station N 2/19 by the resident of Yerevan H. Ghazaryan, born on 11.03.1994.
 

Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.
 

2. The report inserted in the webpage of “transparency. am” on April 2, 2017 was received in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts informing that violation of voting secrecy took place in polling station N 1/1; voting control over the voter was carried out by another person.
 

Considering that the report apparently contains crime elements investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.
 

3. The report on violation of voting secrecy in polling station N 9/12 published by “Citizen Observer” Initiative was received in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts. According to the report “the ANC member of the commission informed the observer that the voter showed his/her ballot to ARF member”.  
 

Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.
 

4. The publication inserted in the website “aysor.am” was received in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts informing that in polling station N 9/47 the observer Hayk Marutyan told the journalists about violation of voting secrecy. According to him, he noticed a camera, as well as a window behind the polling booth of the polling station.
 

Considering that the report apparently contains crime elements investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.
 

5. Materials on attempt to vote more than once in polling station N 3/06 were received in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district. According to the call, after voting the resident of Yerevan A. Tadevosyan again approached the technical equipment registering the voters. Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.  
 

6. A report on attempt to vote more than once in polling station N 7/59 was received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Pursuant to the report, on April 2 at about 08:40 B. Mirzoyan attempted to vote more than once. Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of the case.
 

7. Materials on attempt to vote more than once in polling station N 9/55 were received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative  Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

According to the call, on April 2 at 09:30 the resident of Yerevan A. Hambardzumyan attempted to vote more than once in polling station N 9/55. Investigation is conducted in the RA IC Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department to find the circumstances of the case.
 

8. Materials were received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district that on April 2, 2017 at about 12:00 an attempt to vote more than once by voter S. Nikolyan was recorded in polling station N 7/58. Investigation is conducted in the RA IC Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department to find the circumstances of the case.
