By the instruction of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee the criminal case initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative district on wearing cold weapon illegally was examined in Yerevan Investigative Department. In the result of examination it was found that in the framework of the criminal case a decision on involving Nvard Bilyan as a defendant was made without sufficient grounds. The criminal case with a motion to eliminate violations recorded was sent to the prosecutor supervising it.
