A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt.
 

On 6 February, 2015 at 18:50 a call was received from Institute of Surgery after Miqayelyan informing that R. Sedrakyan and A. Emboyan were taken to hospital with a diagnosis of firearm injury on frontal part of the abdomen.
 

By the prepared materials it was found that a scuffle took place at the house1, 14 Str., Qanaqer, shots were fired during which, according to preliminary data, the mentioned persons sustained firearm injuries.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code (murder attempt against two or more persons) and according to the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code (illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices).
