Wanted found and brought to investigative body
H. Hambardzumyan, born in 1983, wanted within the criminal case investigated on death of the scientific head of «Ayg» psychological center, Professor Ruben Poghosyan in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, was found today and brought to the investigative body.
It was earlier informed that on the base of the evidence obtained through the criminal case on July 20 the investigator made a decision to involve H. Hambardzumyan as a defendant according to the Points 2 and 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code and submitted a motion to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him which was sufficed.
On July 20 search was declared against him and the relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find him and bring to the investigative body.
On July 21 the wanted was found.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
