In the result of investigatory actions conducted in Talin Investigative Division of Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to 18 year-old young man's health was disclosed.

On January 4, 2020 at 03:50 a call was received in Talin Police Division from «Talin Medical Center» CJSC informing that the resident of Arteni village, born in 2002, with a diagnosis of «cut-pierced penetrating wounds on the chest and pneumothorax» was taken to them.

A criminal case was initiated in Talin Investigative Division of Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. 18 year-old young man was found the injured party.

In the result of measures taken it was found out that the young man had sustained the mentioned injuries on January 4, 2020 at about 02:00 during the argument that took place near an inactive restaurant located at the area of Arteni village.

A number of investigatory actions, including inspection of the scene were conducted during which the knife which was the crime tool was taken. A number of witnesses were questioned.

The person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is a resident of Yerevan, born in 2001. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Forensic medical, forensic trace, forensic criminological, forensic genetic examinations were commissioned.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case.
