In the result of investigative and other procedural actions conducted in Noyemberyan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee as well as operative-intelligence measures taken by the employees of the RA Police circumstances of death of 57 year-old resident of Noyemberyan town were found out.

Through investigation it was found out that on November 4, 2021 between 07:00 and 08:00 in the house of 57 year-old resident of Noyemberyan town a row erupted between the latter and 39 year-old resident of the same town during which the mentioned man willfully hit the woman on her face and head and the latter fell to the floor for a few times. As a result, 57 year-old woman was caused bodily injuries dangerous for life. On November 5, 2021 at about 05:30 the latter died in the medical center without regaining consciousness.

Investigative experimentation was conducted with participation of the mentioned 39 year-old man, forensic medical examination was commissioned, the man was arrested on suspicion of committing a crime envisaged by the Point 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code and gave self-incriminating testimony.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
