15 Year-Old Boy Stabbed Fellow-Villager; Criminal Case Initiated
On April 19, 2020 at 17:30 a call was received from Vanadzor Medical Center informing that the resident of Lori province with cut-pierced injuries was taken to them.
It was found out that on April 19, 2020 at about 17:00 in one of the villages of Lori a row on personal matters erupted between two brothers and 42 year-old resident of the same village and his 15 year-old son during which the juvenile boy stabbed one of the brothers – his fellow villager causing heavy bodily damage.
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Handing to parent’s control was chosen as a pretrial measure against 15 year-old boy.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
