Charge pressed against Young Man for Willful Infliction of Heavy Bodily Damage to Brothers
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to two persons was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
Through investigation it was found out that on 26 February, 2021 at about 09:20 at one of the houses located at Gr. Lusavorich Street of Vanadzor town, during the argument on disagreements they had, 27 year-old young man stabbed 58 year-old resident of Lori region on several parts of his body then he stabbed 58 year-old man’s brother who had arrived for help willfully causing heavy bodily damage to their health.
On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against 27 year-old young man according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
