A criminal case initiated on death of serviceman Artak Rafayelyan
A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit on death of Armenian serviceman Artak Rafayelyan committed by the enemy.
On March 28, 2017 at about 13:00 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Artak Rafayelyan sustained a fatal firearm injury on his chest.
A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
