Public Criminal Prosecution against Servicemen of Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Terminated
Public criminal prosecution against the servicemen of the armed forces of Azerbaijan was terminated.
In the result of numerous urgent evidentiary actions conducted within the criminal proceeding conducted in General Department of Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee, factual data were obtained that Ruslan Eldanis-Oghlu Penakhov, the servicemen of the armed forces of Azerbaijan, who had crossed the RA state border, appeared near the positions of the RA armed forces on February 28, 2024 as a result of running away and getting lost after the incident between the servicemen in the Azerbaijani position.
Based on the above-mentioned, a motion was submitted to the prosecutor to terminate the criminal prosecution initiated against Ruslan Penakhov which was sufficed.
