A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on defendant S. Danielyan’s escape from the court’s place of imprisonment.
 

According to initial data, on April 5, 2016 the convict S. Danielyan, who is currently a defendant in another criminal case, was taken to the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts from “Nubarashen” penitentiary to take part in trial after which he was in the place of imprisonment of the same court. At about 17:30 he left the court building by opening the closed bars with handcuffs then escaped by jumping over the wall of the court parking lot.  

On April 5, 2016 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 355 of RA criminal Code.
 

Necessary investigatory and procedural measures are taken to find how the prisoner managed to open the bars.
 

On April 6 the investigator made a decision to involve Spartak Danielyan as a defendant and search was declared against him. Relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take necessary measures to find the person under persecution.
