A criminal case was initiated in the Division of Investigation of Serious Crimes of the Investigative Department of Yerevan on providing kinder gardens N 101, 116 and 118 of Nor Norq administrative district of Yerevan with poultry processed with chemicals by entrepreneur Ed. Mkhitaryan.
 

Investigation is being conducted to find out the source of acquisition of the poultry, the initial quality, the real volume of the goods processed by chemicals, as well as the circumstances of the competition announced by Yerevan City Hall for providing kinder gardens with poultry and recognizing Ed. Mkhitaryan as a winner in the result of the competition.
 

Besides, the possibility of delivering the unfit poultry to other facilities, shops by the mentioned entrepreneur, as well as the possibility of tax evasion is being examined.
 

In the framework of the criminal case complex examinations and expertise are appointed.
 

The investigative body has developed working versions in order to provide the comprehensiveness and completeness of the investigation.
 

Measures are taken to discover the frame of those responsible and to give equivalent legal assessment to their activities.
