Abuses in «Dilijan» National Park» SNCO; Criminal Case Initiated
Investigation is conducted in Dilijan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out all circumstances of squandering 2.900 liters of patrol planned for transport means in the balance sheet of «Dilijan» National Park» SNCO.
Pursuant to initial data, the abuses were found from January 1, 2018 to May 31, 2018; director of «Dilijan» National Park» SNCO A. Abrahamyan, abusing his official authority squandered the patrol planned for transport means in the balance sheet of the national park.
Particularly, formal figures were put in the documents for providing the «Dilijan» National Park» SNCO with patrol and fuel. As a result, the patrol overspent by the director, as well as the debts accumulated in recent months was concealed.
On June 14, 2018 a criminal case was initiated according to the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 of RA Criminal Code and the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 177 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in Dilijan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
