The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan received today the First Deputy Chief of the Police Arman Sargsyan and a number of officers of police subdivisions.

During the meeting importance was attached to close cooperation between the two structures.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee emphasized that he highly appreciated the cooperation between the two structures. He assured that the Investigative Committee will not spare any efforts to deepen the cooperation between the two structures and to set new standards of cooperation.

“On the way of fight against crime in Armenia we will go on with joint work. Despite some functional differences investigators and policemen fight against crime jointly recording visible results”, said Hayk Grigoryan.

The First Deputy Chief of the Police Arman Sargsyan thanked for warm reception and emphasized once more the necessity of close cooperation between the two structures.

“By cooperation of bodies conducting inquest and preliminary investigation we solve the big problem which is called objective, complete and comprehensive investigation», said Arman Sargsyan.

By the order of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan a number of police officers were awarded Medal «For Cooperation, souvenir and letter of appreciation for performing their service duties conscientiously and with high sense of responsibility – for active cooperation with the RA Investigative Committee in disclosure of crimes and obtaining necessary evidence.

By the order of the Police Chief Valeri Osipyan a number of officers of the Investigative Committee were awarded Medal «For Strengthening Cooperation», Medal «Stronghold of Law», Medal “For Excellent Service in Police” and Police Diploma.
