In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department a number of circumstances of stabbing which took place on March 13 near school N 47 in Sari-Tagh, the motive of argument were found. On the base of the obtained evidence charges were pressed against two residents of Sari-Tagh – Petrosyan brothers.
 

It was earlier informed that on March 13 an argument that took place in front of school N 47 in Sari-Tagh ended in stabbing in the result of which a minor died, 5 more persons sustained different bodily injuries.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts and necessary urgent investigatory and procedural actions were conducted to find the frame of participants of the argument, to provide comprehensive, objective and complete investigation of circumstances of the case.
 

Through preliminary investigation the motive of argument was found, sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that in addition to other persons, the residents of Sari-Tagh Petrosyan brothers (born in 1990, 1991) also took part in the argument. The argument turned into brawl during which the younger brother stabbed minor A. Barseghyan on the area of his heart with a knife he had taken with him inflicting him injury incompatible with life on the frontal surface of the chest, then he stabbed another minor, as well on the left part of his chest. A. Barseghyan died on the way to hospital, the second minor’s life was saved in the result of medical assistance provided properly in medical center.
 

Through investigation the range of actions of the second brother was also found. According to preliminary investigation data, with the purpose of depriving of life the elder brother struck another minor on the left part of the chest with a cutting-piercing object, besides he inflicted bodily injuries to two more persons.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the younger brother according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code (murder attempt against two or more persons), the elder brother was charged according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code (infliction of medium gravity damage to two or more persons).
 

The investigator submitted a motion to the Court of First Instance of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts to use detention as a pretrial measure against the defendants.
 

Investigatory experimentation was conducted in the presence of the defendants.
 

Necessary investigatory measures are taken to find the frame of participants and to personalize the actions of each of them.
 

Photos were taken at the investigatory experimentation.
