Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of 16 year-old boy committed in Sari-Tagh on March 13 was completed in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

On March 13 a call was received informing that an argument took place in front of school N 47 in Sari-Tagh during which the 16 year-old resident of Sari-Tagh sustained a cut-pierced penetrating injury incompatible with life on the frontal part of the chest. 5 more persons with different bodily injuries were taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to three articles of RA Criminal Code. By the instruction of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee preliminary investigation of the criminal case was conducted in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

In the result of investigatory and procedural actions of great volume all circumstances, the motive, the frame of persons having committed the apparent crime were found, the actions of each of them were personalized.  
 

According to preliminary investigation data, on March 13 an argument took place between the minor residents of Sari-Tagh because of misunderstanding which turned into brawl. According to the obtained evidence the residents of Sari-Tagh - Petrosyan brothers (born in 1990, 1991) also were involved in the brawl during which the younger of them stabbed 16 year-old man on the area of his heart with a knife he had taken with him inflicting bodily injury incompatible with life. The latter died of the injuries he had sustained. During the same incident injuries with a knife were inflicted to other minors, as well inflicting medium and heavy bodily injuries.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding charge was pressed against younger brother according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code, charge was pressed against elder brother according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 and the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
