Circumstances of stabbing a man in taxi service office in Artik found

In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee the circumstances of stabbing that took place in taxi service office were found.
 

On June 14, 2015 a call was received from ambulance service informing that the citizen Yurik Aloyan with cut-pierced wound on the left part of the chest was taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code (infliction of willful heavy damage to health).
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that Y. Aloyan was inflicted heavy bodily damage with a knife on June 14, 2015 at about 15:00 during a row that took place in the office of one of the taxi services of Artik town.
 

According to investigation data L. Semenov, who is Armenian by nationality, argued with Y. Aloyan in the mentioned office about defacing his daughter. During the argument he stabbed at the left part of Y. Aloyan’s chest with a jackknife after which on the same day at about 15:30 Semenov was beaten at the crossroad of Abovyan-Gharibjanyan streets of Artik.
 

In the result of taken measures it was found that L. Semenov was beaten by the relatives of the stabbed Yu. Aloyan – his brother and nephews. L. Semenov was arrested on suspicion of inflicting heavy bodily damage to Yu. Aloyan.
 

In the framework of the criminal case necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive and objective examination of circumstances of the case.
 

In the framework of the criminal case forensic chemical, forensic medical examinations were appointed.
 

Clarification; taking the mass media interest into consideration we inform that L. Semenov is a citizen of the RA, he is Armenian, his real surname is Margaryan which he changed into Semenov in 1970.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
