Criminal Case Initiated on Serviceman’s Murder, Causing another Serviceman Firearm Injury Committed by Rival
A criminal case was initiated in the Eighth Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 2 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code on murder of a serviceman and causing firearm injury to another serviceman.
Pursuant to initial data, on March 7, 2022 at 12:55 while carrying out engineering work at the military base of the protection area of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense, from the shots fired by the subdivisions of the armed forces of Azerbaijan the contract serviceman, of the same unit, Sergeant Hrach Aram Manasaryan, born in 1985, received fatal firearm injury and another contract serviceman (born in 1990) received firearm injury and was taken to medical center.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
