Criminal Case Initiated (photos)
On April 28, 2021 in the field located at the end of Kaputan village of Kotayk province a human skull with numerous injuries, as well as at the adjoining area a man’s body covered with soil, decomposed in some places was found.
Considering that in the prepared materials there is a legal base to initiate a criminal case in Abovyan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a criminal case was initiated on murder.
Necessary investigative and procedural actions are conducted to identify the body, to provide the objective investigation of the case. Forensic medical examination of the body and forensic genetic examination were commissioned.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
