Criminal cases initiated on murders committed out of motives of national fanatism
Criminal cases were initiated in the First and Third Garrison Investigative Units on murders out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism, in a way dangerous for many people’s life committed by the enemy.
On June 16, 2017 at about 18:05 in the result of explosion of the shells fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N servicemen Arayik Matinyan, Vigen Petrosyan and Vardan Sargsyan sustained fatal shrapnel wounds.
A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit according to the Points 1, 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
On June 17, 2017 at about 09:40 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Narek Gasparyan sustained a fatal injury at the area of the head.
A criminal case was initiated in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism.
