In the result of investigatory actions conducted in Masis Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee murder of juvenile, born in 2002, was disclosed. One person was arrested.

On December 23, 2019 at 18:10 a call was received in Police Division of Masis from “Masis Medical Center” CJSC informing that the juvenile resident of Masis town, born in 2002, with cut-pierced wounds on the neck and chest who had died on the way to medical center was taken to them.

A criminal case was initiated in Masis Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which was tasked to an investigatory group.

In the result of investigatory actions and operative-intelligence measures on December 23, 2019 17 year-old resident of the same town was apprehended on suspicion of committing the mentioned act. The latter was arrested.

The clothes he was wearing were confiscated through inspection of which blood-like traces were found, through examination of his body cut-pierced wound on the ring finger of the right hand was found.

Forensic medical examination of the body, forensic genetic, forensic biological, forensic trace examinations were commissioned, measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
