Juvenile’s Murder in Lori Province; One Person Arrested
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on juvenile’s murder committed in Lori province; suspect was arrested.
On April 27, 2019 at 16:20 the resident of Lori province, born in 2004, with a diagnosis of «cut-pierced wounds on the left part of the chest and the left part of the neck, hemorrhagic shock with 4-degree agonal state» was taken to «Tashir Medical Center» CJSC. On the same day he died there without regaining consciousness.
On the same day a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
During preliminary investigation data were obtained on the allegation that the juvenile had sustained the bodily injuries incompatible with life during the incident on personal matters with a knife by a person of his age. The latter was arrested and questioned.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, objective and complete investigation of circumstances of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
