Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on juvenile’s murder in Lori province was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against another juvenile, born in 2004.

It was earlier informed that on April 27, 2019 at 16:20 the resident of Lori province, born in 2004, with a diagnosis of «cut-pierced wounds on the left part of the chest and the left part of the neck, hemorrhagic shock with 4-degree agonal state» was taken to «Tashir Medical Center» CJSC. On the same day he died there without regaining consciousness.

Pursuant to data obtained through investigation the juvenile had sustained the bodily injuries incompatible with life during the incident on personal matters with a knife by a person of his age.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the juvenile, born in 2004, according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
