Murder attempt against 25 year-old man; 7 capsules found through inspection of site
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt against 25 year-old man.
On February 29, 2016 at 01:15 a call was received from “Saint Gregory the Illuminator” medical center informing that the resident of Yerevan A. Gevorgyan, born in 1991, with numerous firearm injuries on both hands, both feet, the right rib of the chest was taken to the medical center.
Considering that in the materials there are crime features envisaged by the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts.
In the result of investigatory actions the site, where the young man had been inflicted firearm injuries, was found. Through inspection of the site 7 capsules, bloodlike traces were found.
Forensic examinations were commissioned to find circumstances significant for the criminal case.
The relevant subdivisions of the Police were tasked to take necessary operative-intelligence measures to identify the person having committed the apparent crime and bring him to the investigative body.
