A criminal case was initiated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of two and more persons committed today in a way dangerous for the life of many people in the village of Shamiram of Aragatsotn region.

Pursuant to initial data, the person having committed the alleged crime out of personal unfriendly relations entered a building, fired shots towards people who were inside the building and escaped. In the result of firearm injuries 3 persons died at the site, 1 – in medical center, 6 persons with different bodily injuries were taken to medical facilities.

An investigatory group has been formed. Inspection of site is conducted.

Necessary investigatory and operative-searching joint actions of great volume are conducted to find all circumstances of the case, as well as to find the person having committed the alleged crime and bring him to the investigative body.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
