In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the proceeding of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee Tigran Sargsyan, born in 1982, was arrested on suspicion of illegal procurement and keeping of weapon and ammunition, inflicting bodily injury of medium gravity to two and more persons.
 

It was earlier informed that pursuant to initial data, an argument, beating took place near the village municipality during which shots were fired.
 

As a result, three persons with different bodily injuries were taken to medical center. According to initial results of medical examination one of the injured sustained firearm injury on the leg, the second – on the back with a cutting-piercing item, the third had a wrist fracture.
 

A criminal case was initiated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, an investigatory group was formed. Inspection of the site was conducted during which 4 capsules were found. The rifle was also presented to the investigative body.
 

Examinations, including forensic medical, forensic ballistic examinations were commissioned to find circumstances significant for the criminal case.
 

In the result of urgent investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case actual data were obtained on the motive of the argument, the frame of participants is found, their actions are personalized.  
 

Additional information on procedural decisions made on the base of investigation results will be provided.
