In the result of investigatory and operative-intelligence actions of great volume conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee the person, who had disseminated lecherous videos and messages through a false page created in a minor girl's name in social network, was identified.  

On March 10, 2017 a report was received from a citizen informing that a false page had been created with personal data and photo of her daughter in the social network by another person through which lecherous message and video were sent to her classmates.

Cultural expertise was commissioned and pursuant to its result the materials disseminated in minor's name are pornographic.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 142 of RA Criminal Code.

In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee investigatory and other procedural actions were conducted, a motion was sent to «Facebook» company, in the order defined by law, to get information on a «false» user in the social network. As a result, the IP address, as well as the subscriber was found, actual data were obtained on the motive, the identification of the person having committed the alleged crime; he is a minor.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
