In the result of investigative and procedural actions conducted in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee all circumstances of murder of his wife’s parents committed by 45 year-old resident of Nalbandyan village of Armavir region were found out. Preliminary investigation was completed.
 

Through factual data obtained through investigation it was grounded that the mentioned 45 year-old man, learning that his brother-in-law – 41 year-old resident of the same village, had uttered offensive expressions about him, on April 21, 2022 between 23:30 and 00:00 in his car drove to the house of his wife’s parents located in the same village. His father–in-law came out of the house, argued with him, scolded and hit the latter’s car with hands and stones.
 

Hearing the noise, 45 year-old man’s mother-in-law and brother-in-law also came out of the house. During that time the man charged the hunting gun of 12 caliber of “MR-155” model registered in his name, which he had taken with him, with 5 bullets and with the intent to deprive the mentioned people of life, fired 5 shots first towards the father-in-law then mother–in-law and brother-in-law. His father-in -law died at the scene of the bodily injuries incompatible with life, mother-in-law was taken to “Armavir” medical center where on April 23 at about 04:10 she died. He could not complete his brother-in-law’s murder under unforeseen circumstances; the latter was behind the car of “Gazel” make parked in front of the gates of the house and received injuries not containing features of light damage to health. 
 

On the base of the obtained sufficient data final charge was pressed against 45 year-old man according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was used as a pretrial measure against him.
 

Preliminary investigation was completed. The materials of the criminal proceeding were sent to the prosecutor to approve the bill of indictment and send the proceeding to court.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
