Within the framework of the criminal case initiated in Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code investigative and other procedural actions are conducted to find out all circumstances of murder of 35 year-old resident of Paraqar community of Armavir region.

The call on the explosion of the car in Getap Street of the same community was received on June 23, 2022 at 11:30.

In the result of taken measures it was found out that the person having committed the alleged crime, in a way dangerous for many people’s life, with the intent of deprivation of 35 year-old man’s life, set an explosive device in the car of “VAZ 2121 Niva” make beforehand. On June 23, 2022 at 11:05 when 35 year-old man was in his car in Getap Street of Paraqar community the above-mentioned explosive device was detonated. As a result, the latter with bodily injuries was taken to “Astghik” medical center where on the same day at 12:05 he died.

Necessary measures are taken to find the person having committed the alleged crime and bring him to the investigative body.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
