Program of “electronic preliminary investigation” introduced in RA Investigative Committee
A program of “electronic preliminary investigation” is introduced in the RA Investigative Committee which is meant to organize the work in a more efficient way using information technology capabilities.
It will contribute to unification of the forms of records of investigatory actions and procedural decisions, prevention of possible violations of procedural deadlines, introduction of automated mechanisms of direct control towards preliminary investigation, as well as implementation of an automated accounting statistics.
By the order of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee the program of “electronic preliminary investigation” is currently tested in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases, in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee and its territorial subdivisions the results of which will be summed up at the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
