Criminal Proceeding Initiated on Murder Attempt Committed against Serviceman by Rival
A criminal proceeding was initiated in the Eight Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 44-155 of RA Criminal Code on murder attempt committed against the serviceman by the rival.
Pursuant to initial data, on January 19, 2023 at about 10:50 in the combat position of the protection area of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense the contract serviceman Ye. Sh. received firearm injury on the right thigh in the result of the shot fired by the rival.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
