Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on stabbing was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. The circumstances as well as the motive of causing heavy bodily injury to 30 year-old resident of Aknalich village were found out.

Through investigation it was particularly found out and grounded that on May 26, 2020 at about 22:10 a row on personal matters erupted between the victim and his father-in-law during which the latter stabbed his daughter’s husband on the abdomen causing heavy bodily damage.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against 30 year-old man’s father-in-law for willful infliction of heavy bodily damage and signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
