Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to 38 year-old resident of Armavir region was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

Through investigation it was found out that on December 3, 2020 at about 17:30 during the quarrel among a group of people that took place behind the banquet hall located in Parakar village of Armavir region 26 year-old man stabbed 38 year-old resident of Armavir region on different parts of his body causing heavy bodily damage threatening to life.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against 26 year-old man according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
