A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt and illegal keeping and carrying of weapon.

According to preliminary investigation data on October 11, 2015 from 20:30 to 21:00 the resident of Alaverdi town with the intend of willful deprivation of life in a way dangerous for many people’s life fired shots towards his fellow citizen’s car driving at the bridge of Akhtala town with a rifle procured and carried illegally.

On the same day a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is conducted. Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive investigation of circumstances of the case.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
